This exciting position is a great opportunity to play a key role developing our rapidly growing organization in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
You will have previous experience recruiting across a number of disciplines; having worked in either a Financial Services firm or a relevant recruitment agency or executive search firm. You will be expected to provide a superior recruitment service and develop strong relationships with all our key stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment life-cycle for all roles in Financial Management and other groups in Jacksonville, including proactively identifying and engaging candidates, CV screening and shortlisting.
You will also have the opportunity to become an integral part of Macquarie’s HR community, working in partnership with HR Business Partners and Functional Specialists to ensure we deliver best in class recruitment services.
To be successful in this role you will be familiar with a variety of sourcing channels such as direct advertising, LinkedIn recruiter, internal mobility, social media, referrals and CRM databases to source for active and passive candidates, work well in a team and be organized with the ability to prioritize your workload. You will be driven, self-motivated and passionate about delivering best-in-class service.
