Macquarie is looking for e-Learning Developer to join our HR Information Systems team. In this role, you are responsible for developing eLearning materials and courses as per business need.
You will be responsible for converting PowerPoint materials into eLearning modules, sourcing and manipulating imagery for relevant projects, ensuring configuration of courses are based on LMS standards and business requirements and are consistent with corporate branding guidelines, analyzing training needs and providing course owners consultative advice on how to best setup a course, being a support contact for all eLearning training-related queries, perform other duties that may be assigned as needed, such as but not limited to: System administration of learning objects and Providing required reporting to stakeholders
To be successful in this role, you need to deliver eLearning modules based on business requirements, provide functional expertise in developing eLearning material and courses, assess upstream and downstream impact of change requests, roll out and implement courses, regularly provide updates to learning lead/Manager
You should have at least 1 year relevant work experience in Instructional design and/or desktop publishing, strong verbal and written English communication skills, excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities, strong attention to detail and consistency, strong creative vision and a good eye for layout, commitment to excellent customer service, ability to work autonomously and take ownership of the role and has problem solving and influencing skills.
