Join an industry leading Equity Derivatives business in a critical technical role enabling our continued success.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented front office C# developer to join the Equity Derivatives and Trading desk here in Hong Kong. This desk is predominately focussed on funding arbitrage, derivatives, global instruments and algorithmic strategies across Asia, Europe and US regions. They rely heavily on in-house developed real-time trading systems to actively execute, manage trading risk and comply with market regulations.

In this role you will contribute to development of various systems involved in order management, broker connectivity, pre-trade risk controls, trade flow, monitoring, automated testing and other tooling. You will be partnering with our trading desk and other teams to identify and assist with the implementation of new strategies and improvements to existing strategies. You will be responsible for end to end delivery, working within a global team of motivated and talented C# .NET developers to deliver quality technology solutions in a demanding business environment.

We are looking for an enthusiastic developer with at least a few years of professional experience using Windows C# development. Because you’ll be working closely with the trading desk, we would like you to have experience with trading systems and ideally FIX protocol. This global team also use Web based technologies such as REST APIs, Javascript and NoSQL databases. This team enjoy their interaction with the business, and all possess strong English language skills, both written and verbal.
