We are looking for a Procurement Reporting & Analytics Lead to join our Procurement Operations team in Manila. You will be responsible for leading a reports development and analytics team as well as managing reporting operations. You will also work with key stakeholders and senior management to understand their functions and generate reports and presentations that not only present data relevant to them but also insights, both commercial and technical, into their functions.

You will focus in managing the reporting and analytics space within the Procurement Operations space including project managing deliverable and initiatives, stakeholder management, reporting and delivery of initiatives and results reporting. You will work with stakeholders in a business analyst capacity to create insightful and commercially relevant reports. You will also work with them to identify, define and execute on the strategy for the reporting function and evolving the service.

Part of you role is to manage the reporting team members spread across multiple locations, ensuring that reporting operational metrics are met and quality is maintained. 

A successful candidate  must have an experience with management reporting including identifying key data points, trends and generating commercial and technical insights. An experience dealing with and presenting to senior management is also required of this role. 

Experience in areas such as corporate planning and strategy, management accounting and/or business management type functions is desirable

Hands on technical experience in Pega OpenSpan, Power BI development or Alteryx is an advantage while technical experience in development and scripting, Microsoft Excel as well as SQL is a plus.
