As an experienced Executive Assistant, you will join our Macquarie Capital team in Seoul and leverage your positive, confident and proactive approach to provide exceptional coordination for a number of senior members of the team. The role will be initially offered as a 12 month contract after which it will be converted to a permanent headcount, subject to satisfactory performance.
Your key responsibilities will include extensive inbox and diary management, expense processing, travel and event coordination, with additional administrative support to assist the team with providing seamless service to our clients. Due to the nature of our diverse and global environment, this role will expose you to a dynamic working environment and the opportunity to contribute to high-profile transactions, whilst working in a business with the best in the industry.
You will need to bring to this role, intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and advances skills in Outlook, allowing you to successfully support the broader team effectively and efficiently. You will be required to communicate with people at all levels, so exceptional communication skills in both Korean and English will be key to your success. Preferred to have relevant career background in financial, accounting firm or legal firm as an Team Assistant with minimum working experience of 2 years.
