Are you a Knowledge Manager who likes the challenge of providing information management solutions to teams and businesses?

Join our Banking & Financial Services Group legal team who act as trusted advisors to our personal banking, business banking and wealth management businesses.

As a Knowledge Manager, you’ll drive the development and maintenance of our precedents library and intranet site, covering advices, standard clauses and agreements. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for conducting legal research across a range of issues and emerging legal and regulatory themes.

Another key component of your role as Knowledge Manager will be working with the subject-matter experts in the legal team to ensure that our lawyers and business colleagues maintain a proper understanding of legal issues and emerging trends relevant to our business and to help identify legal risk trends.  .

Lastly, you may be asked to take on overflow legal work from time to time.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • legal research skills
  • contract drafting skills
  • a working knowledge of financial services, banking and privacy law
  • experience developing IT databases, file management systems and intranet platforms
  • an interest in emerging legal issues with an ability to identify risk trends.
