As an individual who thrives on providing world class client care, as a client care complaints consultant, you will work within our collaborative team to ensure exceptional service.

With an eye for quality, you will ensure timely and empathetic resolution to our client base as well as participate in regular team workshops to enable continuous process improvement in delivering exceptional client care.

As a point of escalation, you will use your intrinsic relationship building and communication skills to meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders whilst upholding the values of our client-centric approach at all times.

Your understanding of financial services products, regulation and compliance will allow you to support clients and stakeholders with accuracy. And your proven ability to deliver quality in your work will see you successfully add value to clients and advisers alike

The successful applicant with have exceptional interpersonal skills, including a very high level of empathy and genuine care, Strong understanding of financial services products, regulation and compliance whilst having demonstrable exposure to escalations and complaint handling.
